    Bid Sense reads new opportunity notices — starting with NEPO procurement systems — and matches their real content against your profile. Instead of category-based portal alerts, you see a short list of contracts that actually fit, each with a suitability score.

    For each opportunity: what is being bought, by which organisation, for how much, by when, and under what structure — contract, framework or dynamic purchasing system. No decoding required.

    The decision engine checks eligibility, suitability, readiness, competitiveness and data confidence, then gives one of four recommendations — with the strengths, risks and reasoning shown in full.

What if Bid Sense doesn't have enough information?

If there isn't enough reliable information to support a recommendation, Bid Sense says so — the recommendation will be "More information needed" rather than a guess.

Can I disagree with a recommendation?

Absolutely. Recommendations support your decision; they don't replace it. Every recommendation shows its reasoning so you can weigh it against your own knowledge of your business.
